EOC1 – Converting Focus
Develop operator inspection skills for conveyors, motors and converting equipment — detecting abnormal conditions early to support safe, stable production.
What This Course Is About
Practical operator training focused on reliability and inspection in converting & material-handling environments. The course develops operator awareness to detect abnormal conditions early, improve daily equipment care, and support safe, stable production without performing maintenance work. Emphasis is placed on common converting assets such as conveyors, motors, belts, chains, pneumatic systems, sensors, and high-speed production equipment used across packaging and continuous manufacturing lines.
Key Topics Covered
Reliability basics, failure patterns, and operator role
Misalignment, contamination, and poor operating conditions
Friction, bearings, lubrication, and power transmission basics
Look, listen & feel inspections with basic inspection tools
Motor fundamentals and key failure indicators
Sensor types, common faults, and inspection awareness
Conveyors, belts, chains, and tracking inspection focus
Compressed air basics, leaks, and pneumatic inspection awareness
